Later I saw him again but without his sweat shirt on and he had on a black and white shirt and a blue, black, and wite plad shirt open so you could see his under shirt. His plad shirt was cuffed and looked great.

Hello! Red, buckle, cork heel heels! Love them! I found them at bloomingdals but you can most likely get them at other places too. Those heels would be really cute this summer. You can dress them up or down. They are great for anytime and anywhere! As you can see in the background, they come in yellow too.
